What It Will Do Get Notified When It's Available

A new agent joins your support team. Their first week is mostly spent learning how to phrase things - how formal, how detailed, how to handle a frustrated customer without making it worse. They are good at support but the writing takes three times as long as it will once they find their footing. The quality is inconsistent until it is not.

Freshdesk Copilot support is coming soon to Outlearn. Once available, every agent on your team - new or experienced - will open a ticket to find a draft already written, sourced from your knowledge base, in your voice. The new agent sends better replies from day one. The experienced one sends them faster.

What It Will Do

Once this integration is live, your Freshdesk agents will see AI-drafted replies for every ticket - based on your knowledge sources and agent instructions. They review, adjust if needed, and send. Less time writing, more time solving.
